Listen to the rhythm of the Universe has been a favourite sentence of mine for many years. I often talk about and am very aware of this energy.

This feeling of being part of the Oneness is prevalent when sitting in the landscape, sketching: listening to music and reading poetry: looking at art and in meditation listening  to the silent energy.
The world is a very beautiful place ,which sounds trite , but we choose to live in fear, creating wars, living in excess, creating attitudes of cruelty towards one another.
My involvement and practice of meditation affirms thoughts that this is a way of linking up to each other with loving energy. It infiltrates into my work.

The exhibition ranges from traditional watercolours to the journey into mixed media for stronger statements about the underlying energy in the landscape.
The view from my window, most mornings takes my breath away and there are paintings which, I hope, shows the power of this Universal energy that causes us to say ‘Wow’
