An exhibition of paintings reflecting on meditation and creativity.  ‘As I paint my way through my life, each year sees a change in my work.  Meditation and creativity are inextricably linked.  In retrospect the journey to this point has been slow in evolving but now it has more clarity.  As James Roose-Evans in his annual lecture last year said "art should always be a surprise; none more so than to the artist when a completed piece of work produces the mystery that some other force has taken over and you question how you ever painted the work"

Joan is a well known local artist and this is her third exhibition at Bleddfa.  During the first week she will be on hand to meet and talk with visitors to the exhibition.
